The crew went above and beyond with cleanup - they picked up all loose nails and debris before wrapping up. Throughout the installation, Jay walked the yard with me to make sure I was satisfied with each step. After the job was completed, he checked in again to confirm I was happy with the final result. His customer service is truly top-notch.
